Old Village Blacksmith in Niederthai - shop and guided toursArtist blacksmiths in the Ötztal have still maintained old traditions. In their long history they worked metal e.g. copper, bronze, iron and precious metals using old forging and hammering techniques.Visits on request!
The hiking bus runs from the 3rd of June to the 15th of October 2023 twice in the morning and twice in the afternoonfrom Umhausen to Niederthai and back.The exact journey times can be found at www.vvt.at.Important notice:- The fares are subject to the regulations of the VVT.- Reduction on presentation of a valid Guest Card.- Free of charge for holders of the Summer Card.- Registration is required for groups of 8 or more. Hydrodynamic power is important für our future. The new Hydrodynamic power is in Niederthai since August 2018. With the water from the "Horlachbach" and the turbine they get a lot of electricity. Sightseeing on request!
