There is an "official" paragliding launch site in Niederthai (in the Bichl district) and an "official" paragliding landing site in Umhausen (near the campsite).IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Please do not fly directly over the Birds of Prey Park and there is a general ban on flying during the flight demonstration times in the Birds of Prey Park.For more information on paragliding flights, please call Oetz Air +43 (0) 664 4524 393.

From Tumpen you walk about 15 minutes to the small wooden platform at the waterfall. From there you have a beautiful view of Tumpen. Hikers can also continue into the summer months to the Armelen Hut or to the Vordere Tumpenalm.
