A large meadow at the base of the wall and a wide range of activities make the climbing route Tumpen one of the most family-friendly areas of Tyrol. This climbing area is ideal from May onwards. After a rainy day you should wait until the rocks are dry. Partly very steep terrain with some routes offering really difficult access areas.
Please note: danger of falling ice during the melting time in spring – climbing is not recommended!
Parking: Small car park at the beginning of the forest trail, offering space for 4 cars.
The idyllic granite rocks, located in the Tauferberg area, offer everything a passionate climber´s heart could possibly desire. Experts can choose from no less than 11 climbing boulders in the immediate surroundings. Therefore the Tauferberg area is not suitable for novice climbers and beginners as most of the routes receive an 8 according to the French grading system.

The tennis court is located by the Badesee in Umhausen.
Excellent recreation and ultimate swimming fun for young and old in the foothills of Tirol's biggest waterfall. The Umhausen swimming lake features pure drinking water (water hardness: 0).
