The  church Maria Hilf, starting point of the contemplation path, is spiritually and contemplatively on the circular walk. This leads slightly uphill through the snowy meadows and forests of Gries, following the way to the newly built viewing platform. From here you have a wonderful view of the small mountain village, in the background the striking mountains of the Stubai Alps with the Schrankogel and the Mutterberger Seespitze. Slightly downhill leads the beautifully landscaped trail to the collegiate chapel. After crossing the Grieser Landesstraße you follow the Fischbach back to the starting point.
