The Dialer holiday house is a 7-room house on 190 m² on two floors. It includes a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 open kitchens with living areas, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC, 2 balconies and 2 terraces with plenty of furniture and an electric grill. The separate apartment on the ground floor is used by the owner. Tumpen - a hamlet of Umhausen - has gas station with small supermarket at only 2 walking minutes. More shops can be found in Oetz (5 driving minutes). Excellent bus connections to the nearby family ski area of Hochoetz or to the top ski areas of Sölden (25 km) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (35 km) - skibus stop at about 3 walking minutes!
