INFORMATION UMHAUSEN->Farster street->Farst->REICH ALM
Start is by the information in Umhausen. From there you walk straight ahead till the cemetery. Than you walk left through the meadows and past the chapel till the barrier. Therefrom you walk approx 1 1/2 hours to "Farst". At the top is an amazing view till the "Gurgler Kamm". Above the houses you find signpost to "Reich Alm". The way is varied, sometimes steeper, sometimes more gentle. Attention at the last piece, it is very steep. At the end there is a view at the alpine pastures and the mountain.
Tipp: to Farst there drives also a Taxi

Getting thereThe car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off the southerly direction and is the longest side valley in the Eastern Alps. The journey with the car leads you through the Inntal valley to the entrance of the valley and further on through the valley. Among the toll motorways you can also use the country roads.
