Your cozy holiday apartment for two is located above Umhausen's village center, only approx. 9 km from the Hochoetz family ski area and approx. 23 km from the hotspot of Sölden. Ötztal's breathtaking nature can be explored on countless walking paths, hiking, biking and climbing routes. A day in South Tyrol is also possible as you reach it in approx. 98 km along the popular Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road in summer. Or enjoy the ultimate AQUA DOME spa center - Tirol Therme Längenfeld and its unique water and sauna worlds (about 10 km away). In Umhausen (approx. 3-5 walking minutes) you will find a local bakery and restaurants, on the outskirts there are large supermarkets, the Ötzi Village, the Birds of Prey Park and the Stuibenfall - Tirol's biggest waterfall.

Directions: B186 Ötztal federal road to Umhausen - turn left at the first entrance to the village and follow the road into the village center - turn left towards "Löde". right after the bakery - follow the rising road - turn right into Lehgasse after the chapel and the cemetery. Our house is the second one on the right.
